Collective Leaders Project is based on 40 years of research on how adults continue to grow and develop leadership capacity. Most don’t. Doing so takes attention and practice.
We support leaders in developing this inner game – the engine that drives organizational performance. The inner game runs the outer game. This attention to development increases self-awareness and broadens perspectives. The ability to “see more” increases leadership agility and effectiveness.
We serve individual executives, teams, emerging and high-potential leaders within the context of their unique organizational systems. Clients are challenged to learn and develop during real work. Just-in-time experimentation in these deliberatively developmental organizations (DDO’s) creates a culture of learning.
